Contact the Gamvyr Crew

One inbox covers the whole floor: a cabinet on the fritz, a developer with something to pitch, a rights holder with paperwork, an advertiser with a budget and a plan. The people reading it are the same people who rack the games, and the person who opens your message is the person who answers it. No call centre, no ticket number, no contact form that thanks you warmly and then loses your note behind the prize counter.

Email: hello@gamvyr.click

Most messages get a reply inside two working days. Write in English for the quickest turnaround; Indonesian is equally welcome and gets the same care at a slightly gentler pace.

Where the floor is kept

Gamvyr is run from a virtual-office base at Graha SA: a postal address and a staffed phone line for formal correspondence, not a walk-in arcade you can visit. Email still reaches a human fastest — but for anything that needs paper or a phone call, the address of record is:

Gamvyr
Graha SA
Jl. Raya Gubeng No. 19–21, Gubeng
Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60281
Indonesia
Phone: (031) 503 7767

Messages that get sorted in one round

A cabinet won't boot, or dies mid-run

Fixes move at the speed of the information in front of us, so pack four things into your first message: the name of the game, the address of its page on this site, the device and browser you were playing on, and a plain account of the failure — a frame that stays black, a loading spinner that never lands, an error message (quote it word for word if you can). With those four in hand, most faults close in a single exchange.

The game is yours

Everything racked here arrived through the Playgama partner programme, so proving the connection is the whole first step: name the title and link us to your own listing for it on Playgama. Once that checks out we can correct a listing, fix a credit, or pull the title off the floor entirely — your call. Developers pitching a game for one of our playlists write to the same desk: make your case and we will genuinely play it.

Copyright removals

The same inbox takes them, but a notice has to arrive complete before it becomes actionable: the DMCA page lists the five things a claim must contain, so measure your message against that list before sending.

Privacy questions

This floor keeps no player accounts, so there is no profile under your name waiting to be produced or deleted. Questions still get written answers: if anything in the privacy policy reads unclearly, or a cookie practice wants justifying, ask and we'll explain it in writing.

Advertising and partnerships

Start the subject line with "Advertising" and the message lands directly on the desk that handles placements and partnerships — no detours, no forwarding chain.

One limit worth knowing before you write: anything that lives inside a game — saved runs, an account you made with its developer, purchases made mid-play — belongs to that developer's systems, and no email to us can reach in and move it. If you can't work out which studio to chase, tell us anyway; pointing you at the right one is a service we're happy to run.
