Terms of Use

By stepping onto Gamvyr you accept the terms set out below. In plain form, the offer is this: a floor of browser games you may play without charge, presented as they come, intended for your own amusement rather than any commercial project.

The games belong to their makers

Showing a game here gives us — and you — no ownership of it. Source code, graphics, characters and brand marks all remain with the studio or publisher behind each title. The permission under which cabinets appear on this floor is the Playgama partner programme's, and it extends to display and nothing further: extracting a game from these pages, re-hosting it under your own roof, or selling entry to it breaches both the programme's permission and this agreement.

House conduct

Play as much as you like; mischief is not part of the ticket. Burying the site under automated requests no human reader would make, attempting to disrupt or break into the service, passing off words written for this site as your own work, or using the floor for anything unlawful — any of these puts you outside these terms, and the response may include removing the material involved and declining further traffic from the connection responsible.

Cabinets come and go

Control of each title stays with its publisher, who may revise it or withdraw it from circulation whenever they choose, without asking us and without advance warning — now and then while it is someone's current obsession. We sweep and re-rack the floor as diligently as is practical; within the limits the law sets, losses connected with using this site or one of its games, or with finding either temporarily unavailable, are not ours to carry.
