Privacy Policy

This page describes how Gamvyr (https://gamvyr.click) handles information, and it applies to this site alone. The short version can be told in one breath: there are no visitor accounts on this floor and we assemble no profiles of the people who visit, so the data story here is mostly about the systems that deliver pages, serve adverts and supply the games.

No sign-up, by choice

Nothing on this floor sits behind a login, because nothing here requires one. You will never be asked for your name, an email address, a password or card numbers, and we maintain no register of readers. Every cabinet opens for every visitor alike — which keeps the amount of personal information in our hands close to zero, and shrinks this policy accordingly.

What the delivery network handles

Cloudflare carries our pages to you. To move traffic and repel abuse, a delivery network inevitably processes the metadata attached to any web request: your IP address, the kind of browser and device in use, which pages were fetched and at what times. Those records belong to Cloudflare and sit under the policies Cloudflare publishes. For our part, we do not use them to single out, follow or build a picture of any individual visitor.

Cookies, and the advertising that funds free entry

Admission costs nothing because advertising pays instead. Delivering those adverts involves cookies: when an advert is served on this site, Google and the partners in its advertising network may store cookies in your browser and consult them when deciding which advert to serve — among them cookies first set on other websites altogether, which is the mechanism by which an advert can seem to trail you across the internet. Personalised advertising can be switched off in Google Ads Settings, and Google's Privacy & Terms pages set out their side of the arrangement in full.

Once a game starts

Pressing start loads a game supplied by Playgama (playgama.com) into a frame embedded in our page. From that moment, Playgama may set cookies of its own and process data under the terms of its own privacy policy; activity inside the frame is governed by that policy rather than this one.

Your side of the controls

Your browser, your rules: cookies can be refused in its settings, wiped whenever you wish, or sidestepped entirely with a private window. Refusing them breaks nothing here — the floor and its cabinets all continue to function; adverts simply arrive untargeted instead of tailored.
