If a game standing on this floor is yours and you never agreed to it being here, one email can unplug it. Start from how the floor is stocked: not a single game file sits on our servers. Each cabinet is a frame, and the game inside it is piped in live from Playgama, the partner programme these shelves are built from. That is good news for claimants, because a notice sent to us does double duty — we disable the page at this end and pass the claim upstream to Playgama, the one place that can pull a title out of every partner site simultaneously.

What your notice needs

Address it to hello@gamvyr.click and mark the subject "DMCA takedown notice". Five elements make a notice complete; if one is missing we will reply saying which, and the clock starts when the set is complete.

1 · Who you are. Your name in full, the company or studio you represent where applicable, and an email address our reply can reach.
2 · What you own. The game's title, plus the developer or publisher's name as far as you know it.
3 · Where it sits here. A link pasted in full to the page on Gamvyr showing the material — the precise page address, copied exactly.
4 · Your good-faith statement. A sentence of yours confirming that, honestly held, this use has permission from nobody who could grant it: not the rights owner, not anyone acting for them, not the law.
5 · Your authority. A sentence confirming the details supplied are accurate and that you either own the rights yourself or hold the owner's written authority to act for them.

What happens next

Notices are read by a human being on this crew, never auto-filed by a bot. We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two working days. If it stands up, the page here is taken down or switched off, and within the same week we lodge the corresponding removal with Playgama. One consequence worth knowing: this site is rebuilt from the partner catalogue on a cycle, so once Playgama withdraws a title at source, later rebuilds here have nothing to resurrect it from.

Removed by mistake?

The commonest cause is an honest muddle: a game enrolled in the partner programme in good standing gets reported by someone who did not realise it was enrolled. If a cabinet of yours vanished that way, email hello@gamvyr.click with who you are, a link to the page that went dark, and your grounds for saying the material is yours to distribute. Sound counter-notices go to the person who filed the original claim, and the cabinet is reinstated when that claim is withdrawn or goes unanswered past its deadline.

If it keeps happening

We keep count. Titles that attract repeated, upheld complaints get flagged in our records, and a catalogue source that keeps serving contested games will eventually be dropped from this floor altogether.

Corrections that are not takedowns

Stale builds, wrong credits and other errors inside a game listing originate in the programme's master data — report those to Playgama, since a single correction at source mends every partner site in one stroke. Errors that are ours — a pitch written for the wrong game, a cabinet racked on the wrong row — are fixed at this desk: write to hello@gamvyr.click and we will put them right.
