Police Chase: Car Crash 3D
The pitch
Police Chase: Car Crash 3D is an endless car chase game: escape the cops through traffic that never repeats, and every big car crash plays in slow motion. Cars crumple where they are hit, wheels fly off, glass and sparks scatter, lamp posts and road works go flying. Squeeze past traffic to fill your nitro, ram police cars to take them down, launch off ramps and swerve around broken-down trucks, fender-benders and lane closures. The heat rises from patrol cars to roadblocks with spike strips, a helicopter and SWAT vans. The road runs through downtown, a highway, an old tunnel, a harbor bridge, the suburbs and the docks, with day turning to night and weather changing from clear skies to fog and thunderstorms. Real engine, siren and tyre recordings, and a tired dispatcher who comments on your driving over the police radio. 6 cars with upgrades, daily jobs, a leaderboard, 19 languages.
Controls & how it runs
Escape as far as you can: the run ends if your car is wrecked or if you stay stopped next to a police car until you are busted. Pass cars closely to fill nitro, ram police cars to take them down, use ramps for air time, avoid roadblocks, spike strips and road works. Coins buy new cars and upgrades in the garage. PC: W or Up to accelerate, S or Down to brake (hold it when stopped to reverse), A/D or Left/Right to steer, Space for a handbrake drift, Shift or N for nitro, Esc or P to pause. Mobile: left and right buttons to steer, GAS pedal and BRAKE on the right, nitro button above the gas pedal.
Getting a run going takes exactly one press: Press start, up top, and the game boots inside this page — nothing downloads in the background and no form wants your details before the first jump. The cabinet is drawn for a flexible screen and listens to mouse, keyboard or touch, whichever the game prefers. It reshapes itself for tall and wide screens alike, so phone, tablet and desktop all get the full picture. Given a fullscreen button, use it — scores look better at full size, that's just science.
