Steal an Egg: Farm
The pitch
Grab an egg and run - the guard is right behind you! Steal an Egg: Farm combines thrilling chases with collecting animals and growing your own farm. Steal normal, golden and rainbow eggs, escape to the safe zone and bring your loot to the incubator. Carry each newly hatched animal into your pasture to earn coins every second. Train your speed on the treadmill and venture farther for rarer pets. Expand your pasture, upgrade your treadmill and grow feed to boost your animals' earnings. Collect 20 species, from a chick to a capybara and a unicorn! How far can you run with your next egg?
Controls & how it runs
Approach a basket and take an egg. Run back across the safe line before the guard catches you. If you are caught, the stolen egg returns to its basket. Bring a secured egg to the incubator and wait for it to hatch. Pick up the animal, carry it to your pasture and place it inside. Coins are earned automatically. Step onto your treadmill with empty hands to train. Improve your speed, expand your pasture and grow feed for your pets. Desktop: WASD or arrow keys to move, Space to jump, E to interact, Q to put down an egg or animal. Hold the right mouse button to rotate the camera; use the mouse wheel to zoom. Mobile: left joystick to move, swipe on the right to rotate the camera. Purple button to jump, green button to interact, gold button to put down cargo or place an animal in the pasture.
Getting a run going takes exactly one press: Press start, up top, and the game boots inside this page — nothing downloads in the background and no form wants your details before the first jump. The cabinet is drawn for a landscape (wide) screen and listens to mouse, keyboard or touch, whichever the game prefers. This cabinet runs wide: landscape screens flatter it, so tip a phone on its side or hand it a tablet or desktop and let it stretch out. Given a fullscreen button, use it — scores look better at full size, that's just science.
Pro tips for arcade cabinets
- Treat your first run as a scouting mission. Arcade cabinets hide their cruelty in the second minute, not the first — learn where the difficulty spikes before you start chasing numbers.
- Small scores compound. Grab the easy pickups on every pass instead of gambling the whole run on one heroic line; heroes respawn, banked points don't evaporate.
- Watch the edges of the screen. In classic arcade design the next problem almost always enters from somewhere you weren't looking — build the habit of scanning the borders.
Steal an Egg: Farm — quick-fire questions
Does Steal an Egg: Farm cost anything to play?
Not a token. The cabinet is free from the first run to the five-hundredth — no wallet, no sign-up, no toll booth hiding three levels in. The adverts around the page are what keep the floor's lights on.

Nothing whatsoever. Steal an Egg: Farm is an HTML5 game: hit the start button and it boots on this page, and shutting the tab sweeps the cabinet clean behind you.
